We ensure discreet packaging using padded envelopes, with no external mention of product names or our website. Our packaging includes stealth techniques, vacuum-sealed thick plastic, Mylar bags, anti-small spray, and anti-dog spray.

There could be various reasons, such as incorrect card details or insufficient funds. Please contact your card provider for further details.
What shipping methods do you use?
We primarily use DHL, UPS, FEDEX, and EMS, with a preference for DHL due to its faster delivery. Typically, you can expect your shipment within 24 hours to a maximum of 3 days.

The average shipping times are as follows:

Do you offer free samples?
No, we do not provide free samples. However, we offer small sample amounts on our website at very reasonable prices.
Do I receive a tracking number with my order?
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor and trace your delivery.
Can you explain the status of my order?
1. Payment Received: We've received your payment; no need to reorder.
2. Awaiting Shipment: Your order will ship from the EU within one business day.
3. Shipped: Your order has been dispatched.
4. Reship: Please allow 48 business hours for us to reship your order.
What are my payment options?
We accept Bitcoin, US Apple Gift Card, Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria Money Transfer, Direct Bank Transfer, Via Zelle, and Via Cash App. There is a 10% discount on all payments made via Zelle/Cash App. Currently, we do not accept Mastercard, credit cards, or debit cards directly.
Can I return or replace items if I ordered the wrong ones?
Unfortunately, all sales are final due to the nature of our business. You have from the time of purchase until dispatch to cancel or amend your order. No exceptions apply.
